Craftsman-built by C & C Wilson Builders, these four quality-built, 3-bedroom townhouses were designed for select clients choosing to retire or downsize to a low-maintenance home.
Fittings and fixtures were carefully chosen for ease of use and maintenance. Wider than standard doors throughout and level entry showers in the spacious ensuites considered the future needs of the owner with easy access.
C&C Wilson Builders truly maximized the northerly orientation of the lot by designing 6 5-star townhouses on fully landscaped blocks. These homes encompass social aspects as well as life's changing needs and accommodate residents with disabilities.

Environmental features include rainwater tanks, used for toilets, and light alcoves that celebrate our sunny climate and let natural light into the centre of the building.
